Job Overview
As a Sustainable Water Resources Engineer at IWA, you will play a critical role in promoting sustainable water management practices and ensuring the availability of water for all. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing water management policies, providing training and capacity-building programs, and facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among water professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement water management policies and strategies that promote sustainable water use and management.
- Provide training and capacity-building programs for water professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills in water management.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among water professionals through conferences, workshops, and other events.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in water management and develop innovative solutions to water-related challenges.
- Collaborate with governments, water utilities, and private sector companies to develop and implement water management policies and strategies.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in water resources management, water supply, sanitation, and wastewater management.
- Strong knowledge of water management policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Education
Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
Experience
8-12 years of experience in water resources management, water supply, sanitation, and wastewater management.
