Job Overview
Skanska Egypt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Urban Planner to join our team in Marsa Matruh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the urban planning and design of our projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of sustainability and social responsibility.
The Sustainable Urban Planner will work closely with our project teams, stakeholders, and local authorities to develop and implement urban planning strategies that promote sustainable development and improve the quality of life for local communities.
As a key member of our team, the Sustainable Urban Planner will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing urban planning strategies that promote sustainable development and improve the quality of life for local communities.
- Leading the design and planning of our projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of sustainability and social responsibility.
- Collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and local authorities to develop and implement urban planning strategies.
- Conducting research and analysis to inform urban planning decisions and ensure that our projects meet the needs of local communities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups to ensure that our projects are socially responsible and meet the needs of local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement urban planning strategies that promote sustainable development and improve the quality of life for local communities.
- Lead the design and planning of our projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of sustainability and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and local authorities to develop and implement urban planning strategies.

Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in urban planning and design.
- Proven track record of delivering complex urban planning projects on time and within budget.

Education
