Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Urban Planner to join our team in Luxor, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading urban planning projects, developing and implementing sustainable urban planning strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the needs of the local community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, a deep understanding of sustainable development principles, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead urban planning projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the needs of the local community and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement sustainable urban planning strategies that promote green spaces, reduce carbon emissions, and improve the quality of life for residents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including local government officials, community groups, and other stakeholders, to ensure that our projects meet the needs of the local community.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in urban planning and development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials, community groups, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in urban planning, with a strong background in sustainable development principles.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
