Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Specialist to join our team in Fayoum, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to farmers on sustainable agriculture practices, as well as promoting our products and services to the agricultural community.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainable agriculture principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to farmers on sustainable agriculture practices
- Promote our products and services to the agricultural community
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture training programs for farmers
- Conduct field visits to assess the impact of our products and services on farmers’ productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing strategies
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
Experience
5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or a related field
Salary
