Job Overview

The Senior Project Controls Engineer will join the Project Management Office (PMO) in Damietta, overseeing cost, schedule, and performance monitoring for large‑scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project control plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management frameworks.
• Maintain and update Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to track project performance against baseline.
• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for senior management, highlighting variances and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to ensure accurate cost forecasting and cash flow analysis.
• Facilitate regular project control meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
