Job Overview
The Senior Project Controls Engineer will join the Project Management Office (PMO) in Damietta, overseeing cost, schedule, and performance monitoring for large‑scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project control plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management frameworks.
- Maintain and update Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to track project performance against baseline.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for senior management, highlighting variances and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to ensure accurate cost forecasting and cash flow analysis.
- Facilitate regular project control meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze change orders, assess impact on schedule and budget, and integrate approved changes into the control system.
- Support the development of risk registers and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in project control software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP Project System.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data accuracy and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting complex information to diverse audiences.

Education
