Job Overview

The Construction Project Scheduler will play a pivotal role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for multiple high‑value construction initiatives in Al Mahallah al Kubra and surrounding regions. Reporting to the Senior Project Controls Manager, the incumbent will develop detailed CPM schedules, perform critical path analysis, and provide timely updates to project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, aligning with contract requirements and client expectations.
  • Perform critical path analysis, identify schedule risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Generate regular schedule reports, progress dashboards, and variance analyses for senior management.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate activity sequencing and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate schedule review meetings, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Update schedules based on change orders, scope modifications, and unforeseen site conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with Orascom Construction’s scheduling standards and industry best practices.
  • Support the preparation of project baseline schedules and subsequent updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Advanced) and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of CPM methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with multidisciplinary teams.

Education
