Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate processes and employee performance based on quality standards
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks
- Identify gaps, errors, and areas for improvement
- Prepare quality reports and share feedback with relevant teams
- Support in developing and updating quality policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines
Job Requirements
- Strong background in Customer Support and Customer Service.
- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience standards.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and open social products is a plus.
- English proficiency: B2 level or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Team Leader is a must.
