Job Overview
The Port Operations Manager will oversee all daily activities at the Borg El Arab terminal, ensuring efficient cargo handling, vessel turnaround, and compliance with international maritime regulations. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, the manager will coordinate with stevedoring teams, customs authorities, and commercial partners to optimize throughput while maintaining the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all port operations, including cargo loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch.

- Coordinate vessel schedules with shipping lines, pilots, and harbor authorities to minimize berth waiting times.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Oversee maintenance and optimal utilization of handling equipment, cranes, and yard tractors.
