Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trials Manager to oversee and execute our clinical research portfolio in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local laws. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational lifecycle of clinical trials from protocol design to final study reporting.
- Coordinate with local regulatory authorities and ethics committees to secure necessary approvals.
- Oversee clinical trial sites, ensuring protocol adherence, patient safety, and data integrity.
- Lead and mentor a team of clinical research associates and coordinators.
- Manage trial budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local Egyptian clinical trial regulations.

Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a closely related Life Sciences discipline. An advanced degree or professional certification in clinical research is highly desirable.
Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical industry or a contract research organization (CRO) is required.
