Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in agricultural production cycles
  • Analyze market trends, crop yields, and distribution challenges to recommend data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with local farmers, cooperatives, and government agencies to enhance supply chain transparency
  • Monitor compliance with international agricultural standards and sustainability certifications
  • Develop KPIs to measure supply chain performance and report to senior management

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in agricultural supply chain optimization
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex agricultural data
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of Egyptian agricultural policies and regulations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA or Master’s in Agribusiness) are a plus.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in agricultural supply chain roles, preferably in Egypt or other African markets. Experience with agribusiness ERP systems and farm-to-market logistics is required.

Salary

25,000 – 35,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
