We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Specialist to join our team in Fayoum, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable agriculture practices and programs for our customers.

Job Overview

The Sustainable Agriculture Specialist will work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide expert advice and support to farmers and agricultural professionals on sustainable agriculture practices and technologies. The role will involve conducting field trials and demonstrations, providing training and workshops, and developing and implementing sustainable agriculture programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainable agriculture principles and practices, as well as experience in working with farmers and agricultural professionals. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable agriculture programs and practices for our customers
  • Conduct field trials and demonstrations of sustainable agriculture technologies and practices
  • Provide training and workshops to farmers and agricultural professionals on sustainable agriculture practices and technologies
  • Work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide expert advice and support to farmers and agricultural professionals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, agricultural professionals, and government agencies

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture principles and practices
  • Experience in working with farmers and agricultural professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel frequently to rural areas

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or a related field

Salary

50,000 – 80,000 SSP per year
