Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team in Mansoura. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from local suppliers to international destinations. The successful candidate will manage documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, and monitor shipment statuses to prevent delays. This position offers a unique chance to work within a high-paced environment where precision and strategic planning are paramount. As we continue to expand our presence in the Delta region, this role will play a vital part in optimizing our regional distribution networks and enhancing service delivery for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse managers to resolve logistical bottlenecks.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, costs, and delivery timelines in the ERP system.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (SAP or Oracle preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations within a multinational environment.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
