Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will support DHL Express Egypt’s mission to provide seamless end‑to‑end logistics solutions. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analyzing transportation data, and optimizing processes to improve service quality and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze data from warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and ERP platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost per shipment.
• Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose data‑driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support demand forecasting activities by integrating market insights and historical sales data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation planning.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with additional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or a master’s degree will be given preference.

Experience

Applicants should have 2‑4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics operations, or a similar role within a fast‑paced environment. Experience with international freight forwarding or express delivery services is advantageous.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of 12,000 to 18,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
