Job Overview

This critical role coordinates the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar energy projects in Aswan’s rapidly expanding renewable energy sector. The position requires managing cross-functional teams, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring compliance with international sustainability standards. Candidates will contribute to Egypt’s Vision 2030 renewable energy targets while gaining exposure to cutting-edge solar technology deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project timelines for solar farm installations
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for site assessments and feasibility studies
  • Manage permitting processes with local authorities in Aswan
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
  • Prepare technical reports for stakeholders including government partners
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in renewable energy project management
  • Strong technical understanding of solar energy systems
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
  • li>Proficiency in project management software (MS Project preferred)

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work in remote field locations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy preferred but not required.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in energy project coordination, with at least 1 year in solar energy sector. Experience with Egyptian government permitting processes is a significant advantage.

Salary

Competitive salary range of 80,000 – 120,000 SSP per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
