Job Overview

The Network Planning Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and expanding Etisalat’s mobile and fixed‑line network infrastructure across the Giza region and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet) to model network performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct post‑deployment audits, drive KPI monitoring, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies, standards, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RF engineering, propagation models, and network architecture.
• Proficiency with planning software such as Atoll, Mentum Planet, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management experience, including timeline and resource coordination.
• Familiarity with Egyptian telecom regulations and spectrum allocation policies.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required. Advanced certifications in RF planning, 5G technologies, or project management are considered a strong advantage.

Experience
