Atlantis Hotel is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk / Guest Services Officer to create a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle guest interactions, and ensure smooth coordination across hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a professional first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including payment handling
- Respond to guest inquiries via in-person, phone, or email communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest accounts
- Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and transport
- Arrange airport transfers, tours, and sightseeing programs
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required
- Keep the front desk area organized and well-stocked
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and data entry
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in hospitality (front desk/reception/guest services)
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and proactive service approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
