Job Overview
The E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing end‑to‑end order processing, inventory control, and coordination with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily order flow, verify order details, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain optimal inventory levels and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Track shipment status, manage exceptions, and communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery updates.
- Collaborate with the logistics partners to optimize routing, reduce transit times, and control transportation costs.
- Generate and analyze performance metrics such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and return rates.
