Job Overview
The Aviation Safety Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring that all operational, maintenance, and training activities comply with national and international aviation safety regulations. Reporting to the Head of Safety & Compliance, the auditor will conduct comprehensive audits, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed a culture of safety across all EgyptAir operations. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document safety audits covering flight operations, aircraft maintenance, ground handling, and training programs.
- Assess compliance with Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) regulations, ICAO standards, and internal safety policies.
- Identify safety gaps, develop corrective action recommendations, and monitor implementation progress.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to senior management, and track remediation status.
- Collaborate with pilots, engineers, and training staff to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging safety trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Support internal and external safety investigations, providing expert analysis and documentation.
- Participate in safety management system (SMS) reviews and contribute to risk assessment initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in safety audit software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary audit teams.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Aviation Safety, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a closely related field is required. Professional certifications such as Certified Aviation Safety Professional (CASP) or equivalent are highly desirable and will be considered an asset during the selection process.
Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience conducting safety audits within an airline, aircraft maintenance organization, or regulatory authority. Prior exposure to international aviation standards (ICAO, IATA) and experience working in a multicultural environment are essential for success in this role.
Salary
