Job Overview

The Airport Operations Manager will oversee all ground‑handling activities at Marsa Matruh International Airport, ensuring seamless coordination between airlines, ground service providers, security, and regulatory bodies. • Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations, safety standards, and EgyptAir policies.
• Coordinate with air traffic control, customs, immigration, and security agencies to facilitate smooth flight movements.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, on‑time performance, and incident rates.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 30+ operational staff, promoting professional growth and high morale.
• Manage vendor contracts for ground support equipment, fueling, and catering services, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and quality.
• Implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to maintain readiness for unforeseen events.
