Key Responsibilities
- Design and synthesize novel polymer blends, nanocomposites, and functional coatings.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, characterize material properties, and interpret results using DSC, TGA, SEM, and mechanical testing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale prototypes from lab to pilot production.
- Develop technical documentation, data sheets, and safety data for new materials.
- Lead project timelines, risk assessments, and cost analyses to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting business development initiatives.
- Contribute to intellectual property strategy by drafting patent applications.
- Stay updated on emerging material trends and integrate best practices into product development.
