Job Overview

The FinTech Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of innovative financial products, from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech solutions.
• Conduct market analysis, user research, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize features based on business value, regulatory constraints, and technical feasibility.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, digital payments, and financial regulations in Egypt.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Agile methodology experience and proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of product management experience in fintech, digital payments, or related financial services, with a track record of delivering successful products to market.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from 250,000 to 350,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
