Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all automotive components produced at the Suez plant meet Toyota’s stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the engineer will develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes, conduct root‑cause analyses, and collaborate closely with production, design, and supplier teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality assurance plans for automotive components.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of production processes and finished goods.
• Analyze non‑conformities, perform root‑cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers to assess and improve incoming material quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and SPC software.
• Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills across multicultural environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and standards.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Salary
