Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all automotive components produced at the Suez plant meet Toyota’s stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality assurance plans for automotive components.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of production processes and finished goods.
  • Analyze non‑conformities, perform root‑cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to assess and improve incoming material quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
  • Support continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and SPC software.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis capabilities.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Education
