Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable urban planning strategies that promote economic growth, social equity, and environmental sustainability.
• Work closely with our team of urban planners, architects, and engineers to design and deliver innovative urban development projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in sustainable urban planning and development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and private sector partners.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Urban Planning or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in urban planning and development.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable urban planning principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ArcGIS software.

Education

Master’s degree in Urban Planning or related field from a recognized university.

Experience

8-12 years of experience in urban planning and development, with a strong focus on sustainable urban planning principles and practices.
