  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and local aviation regulations.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, supplier assessments, and corrective action tracking to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis investigations for non‑conformities, driving effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed quality considerations early in the product development lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality performance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage documentation control, ensuring all engineering drawings, work instructions, and test records are current and accessible.
  • Support certification and recertification processes for new aircraft components and assemblies.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of proactive quality ownership.

Required Skills
