Job Overview
As the Digital Payments Product Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Fawry’s digital payment products, from ideation and market research to launch and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital payment solutions aligned with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor product performance metrics, gather feedback, and implement data‑driven enhancements to improve adoption and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Egypt regulations, PCI DSS standards, and internal security policies.
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks with merchants, banks, and fintech ecosystems.
- Prepare executive presentations, product demos, and stakeholder updates to communicate progress and impact.
Required Skills
- Strong product management expertise with a focus on digital payments, e‑wallets, or fintech platforms.
- Excellent analytical abilities, comfortable working with large data sets and KPI dashboards.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product development tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Deep understanding of payment processing, security standards, and regulatory environments in Egypt.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive consensus in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Education
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP) are highly regarded and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth.
