Job Overview
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of PepsiCo Egypt’s CSR programs in the El Minya region. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate corporate sustainability goals into actionable projects that resonate with local stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, schools, and community groups. The manager will oversee a portfolio of initiatives ranging from nutrition education and youth empowerment to water conservation and waste reduction. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with PepsiCo’s global sustainability framework and local community needs.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage CSR projects in areas such as education, health, environmental stewardship, and economic empowerment.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, governmental bodies, academic institutions, and local businesses.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to integrate CSR considerations into product development, supply chain, and marketing activities.
- Prepare and present regular impact reports, dashboards, and case studies to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and compliance with financial policies.
- Coordinate employee volunteer programs, encouraging staff participation and fostering a culture of social responsibility.
- Monitor emerging CSR trends, regulations, and best practices to keep PepsiCo Egypt at the forefront of sustainable business.
Required Skills
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering multi‑stakeholder initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in impact measurement, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles and sustainability standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions such as Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CSR management software.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree or professional certification in sustainability, CSR, or project management is highly desirable.
Experience
Applicants should possess 5‑7 years of progressive experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, community development, or a related field, preferably within a multinational corporation or a large regional organization.
Salary
The annual compensation package ranges from 150,000 to 250,000 SSP, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
