Key Job Responsibilities

Installation, Commissioning & Machine Testing

• Install, commission, and test plastic injection molding machines at customer sites
• Conduct machine startup procedures and operational testing
• Assist in mold trials and production parameter optimization
• Verify machine functionality and performance standards before handover
• Support customers during installation and commissioning phases

Maintenance & Technical Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot automation systems and equipment performance issues
• Ensure machinery operates at optimum efficiency and production levels
