Job Overview

The Wealth Management Associate will support senior advisors in delivering tailored financial solutions to high‑net‑worth individuals and families. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior wealth advisors in preparing client proposals, investment strategies, and performance reports.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities aligned with client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions across equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and insurance.
  • Support client onboarding, KYC documentation, and periodic reviews.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and flag any deviations from agreed risk parameters.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and thought‑leadership content for the wealth management division.

Required Skills

Education

Experience

Candidates should possess 2‑4 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or a related financial services role. Prior exposure to Egyptian financial regulations and client servicing in a banking environment is highly valued.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from 150,000 to 250,000 SSP per month, reflecting the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and performance. In addition to the base salary, a performance‑based bonus structure is offered.
