Job Overview
This role focuses on designing and delivering interactive virtual learning experiences for K-12 and higher education institutions. The ideal candidate will leverage educational technology to create engaging, standards-aligned content that supports remote and hybrid learning models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop virtual classroom modules using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multimedia tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with national and international curricula.
- Design interactive assessments and gamified learning activities to enhance student engagement.
- Provide training and support to educators on virtual teaching platforms.
- Analyze learner performance data to refine instructional strategies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard).
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles for digital learning.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Creativity in integrating technology into educational workflows.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in educational technology, instructional design, or virtual learning environments.
Salary
15,000 – 20,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
