Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept solutions
- Respond to RFPs and RFQs with detailed technical proposals
Solution Development
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Work with engineering teams to customize solutions
- Design proposals highlighting technical and business value
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients
- Build strong relationships by resolving technical issues efficiently
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
Market & Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Share insights with product teams based on market research
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
- Participate in strategy discussions to identify growth opportunities
Post-Sales Support
- Assist in solution implementation and deployment
- Provide training and technical assistance to clients
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales engineering or technical sales
- Industry experience (oil & gas, manufacturing, lubrication, etc.) preferred
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with solid business understanding
- Adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven success in delivering customer-focused technical solutions
