We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainable Geologist to join our team in Marsa Alam, Egypt.
Job Overview
The Sustainable Geologist will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sustainable practices in our exploration and mining operations in Egypt.
This will involve working closely with our exploration team to identify and assess potential environmental and social impacts of our operations, and developing strategies to mitigate these impacts.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in geology and sustainability, and experience working in a mining or exploration environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainable practices in our exploration and mining operations in Egypt
- Conduct environmental and social impact assessments of our operations
- Develop strategies to mitigate environmental and social impacts
- Collaborate with our exploration team to identify and assess potential environmental and social impacts
- Develop and implement sustainable mining practices
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Geology or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in geology and sustainability
- Strong background in environmental and social impact assessments
- Experience working in a mining or exploration environment
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Education

Salary
