Job Overview

The Sustainability Program Coordinator will design and implement initiatives to align Coca-Cola Egypt’s operations with global environmental standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and NGOs to advance sustainability goals in Aswan. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sustainability programs focused on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation.
• Monitor environmental performance metrics and prepare quarterly reports for internal stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to integrate renewable energy solutions into production facilities.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in environmental program management within the consumer goods sector.

• Fluency in Arabic and English for stakeholder engagement.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability program coordination.
• Previous work in the beverage or consumer goods industry is advantageous.

Salary

120,000 – 180,000 SSP annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
