Job Description
- We are hiring a Business Development Engineer to drive growth in facade and aluminum systems projects. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, approaching developers, consultants, and contractors, following up on tenders and RFQs, building client relationships, and coordinating with the technical team on proposals and project requirements.
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Background in construction, facades, aluminum systems, or glass is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of tenders, RFQs, and client follow-up
- Field-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Engineering background is a plus
