Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate operational data from point‑of‑sale systems, inventory management tools, and supply chain platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track sales performance, stock levels, shrinkage, and customer traffic patterns.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of variances in store performance and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to assess the impact of promotions, pricing strategies, and product assortment changes.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory turnover, reduce out‑of‑stock incidents, and enhance labor productivity.
• Support the implementation of pilot projects involving AI‑driven demand forecasting and automated replenishment.

Required Skills
