Key Job Responsibilities

Procurement & Supply Continuity

• Purchase raw materials and factory-related items according to approved quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery requirements
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately through the ERP system (Odoo/SAP)
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and avoid production interruptions
• Coordinate with Production Planning teams to align material availability with demand forecasts and manufacturing schedules
• Monitor procurement activities to maintain supply chain continuity

Inventory Management & Planning

• Support the maintenance of safety stock levels, reorder points, and lead time planning
• Participate in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) reviews and inventory optimization
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory movement and control

Supplier Management & Strategic Sourcing
