Job Overview

The Petroleum Reservoir Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of Apache’s oil and gas fields across Egypt. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reservoir studies, including material balance, decline curve analysis, and pressure‑volume‑temperature (PVT) evaluations.
• Develop and calibrate 3‑D reservoir simulation models using industry‑standard software such as Eclipse, CMG, or Petrel.
• Identify and recommend enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques, including water flooding, gas injection, and chemical methods.
• Collaborate with geologists, drilling engineers, and production teams to integrate geological data and well performance metrics.
• Prepare technical reports, economic forecasts, and presentation decks for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Monitor field performance, update reservoir models, and provide actionable recommendations to improve recovery factors.
