Key Responsibilities

  • Design and program PLC, SCADA, and HMI solutions for renewable energy equipment.
  • Integrate IoT sensors and edge computing devices to enable real‑time monitoring and predictive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct system commissioning, validation, and performance testing on the shop floor.
  • Identify and troubleshoot automation issues, providing rapid resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 methodologies.

Required Skills
