Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Conservation Specialist to join our team in Marsa Alam, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing conservation projects and programs in the region, working closely with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental conservation, with experience in project management, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement conservation projects and programs in the region, working closely with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement community-based conservation initiatives, including education and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable development and conservation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conservation projects and programs.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and resources.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in environmental conservation, with experience in project management, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in environmental conservation, project management, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination.

Salary

25,000 – 40,000 SSP per month.
