Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Manager to join our team in Ras Gharib, Egypt. As a Data Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, including managing the day-to-day activities of the data center team, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the data center team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, facilities, and security, to ensure seamless operation of the data center.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data center operations are meeting business objectives.

Required Skills

  • 8-12 years of experience in data center operations, preferably in a cloud computing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of data center operations staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data center operations, including power, cooling, and security.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience

8-12 years of experience in data center operations, preferably in a cloud computing environment.

Salary

120,000 – 180,000 SSP per year.
