Position Overview

Telecom Egypt is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead enterprise security operations, cyber defense initiatives, security governance programs, threat intelligence activities, and regulatory compliance efforts. The successful candidate will oversee the organization’s cybersecurity strategy while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical business systems and data assets.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Information Systems is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security, or IT risk management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial cybersecurity role.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale security environments is highly desirable.
