Position Summary
The Community Development Officer will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of development programs designed to strengthen communities and improve social outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with beneficiaries, local authorities, community organizations, and project partners to ensure effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of community development projects.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Sociology, Community Development, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in NGO operations, community development, humanitarian programs, social impact initiatives, or donor-funded projects.
- Experience working with vulnerable communities and development stakeholders.
