Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our clinical operations team in Cairo. In this role, you will play a critical part in the execution and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trial sites.
- Ensure clinical trials are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulations, and Roche protocols.
- Verify that trial data are accurate, complete, and verifiable from source documents.
- Manage investigator site relationships and address any issues or deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to prepare and submit clinical trial documentation.
- Monitor investigational product accountability, storage, and dispensing at trial sites.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical trial regulations in Egypt.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) tools.
Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences from an accredited institution.
Experience
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
