Job Overview

The Aviation Safety Compliance Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety policies and procedures for EgyptAir’s operations at Hurghada International Airport. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and enforce safety management system (SMS) policies in alignment with ICAO and local regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections at the Hurghada base.
• Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Coordinate with flight operations, maintenance, and ground handling teams to ensure integrated safety practices.
• Prepare and present safety performance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
