Job Overview
The Aerospace Systems Integration Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, validating, and integrating avionics, propulsion, and structural subsystems for next‑generation aircraft platforms. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the engineer will ensure that all components meet stringent performance, reliability, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end integration of avionics, flight control, and propulsion subsystems for commercial and defense aircraft.

- Collaborate with design engineers, suppliers, and certification authorities to ensure compliance with international aerospace standards.
- Utilize model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to create architecture diagrams, interface control documents, and verification matrices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying integration bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in systems engineering methodologies and standards such as ISO 15288 and DO‑178C.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in MATLAB/Simulink, CATIA, or similar CAD tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates holding a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) will be given preference.
Experience
Applicants must have 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in aerospace systems integration, preferably within commercial aircraft or defense programs. Experience with certification processes (EASA, FAA) and exposure to international supply chains will be highly valued.
Salary
The competitive salary range for this position is 180,000 – 250,000 SSP per year, complemented by performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and a comprehensive retirement plan.
