Job Overview:WWF is seeking an Environmental Impact Specialist to join our team in El Alamein, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and mitigating the environmental impacts of our conservation projects. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in environmental science and a passion for conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental impact assessments for WWF’s conservation projects
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate environmental impacts
• Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable development
• Monitor and report on environmental performance

Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and mitigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
• PhD in Environmental Science or related field (desired)

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and mitigation
• Experience working with local communities and stakeholders
• Experience with environmental monitoring and reporting

Salary:80,000 – 120,000 SSP per year
