Job Overview

The FinTech Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Paymob’s digital payment products, from ideation and market research to launch and post‑launch optimization. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, data analytics, compliance, and sales—to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data‑driven experiments to validate product concepts and improve performance.
  • Prioritize feature backlog, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.

Required Skills

  • Strong product management experience in fintech, digital payments, or related technology sectors.

Education
