Job Overview

The FinTech Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Paymob’s digital payment products, from ideation and market research to launch and post‑launch optimization. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, data analytics, compliance, and sales—to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data‑driven experiments to validate product concepts and improve performance.
• Prioritize feature backlog, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.

• Monitor product metrics, analyze usage data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong product management experience in fintech, digital payments, or related technology sectors.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar).

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing electronic payments in Egypt and the broader MENA region.

Education
