Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, TV, and print
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
