Position Overview
ECHEM is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Chemical Engineer to support process improvement, production optimization, plant performance monitoring, quality control, and industrial safety initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize chemical production processes.

- Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, and performance reviews.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
- Professional engineering certifications are considered an added benefit.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–8 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Experience within petrochemical, oil & gas, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and chemical plant operations.
- Experience using process simulation software and engineering analysis tools.
- Familiarity with international industrial safety standards.
