Job Description

  • Develop and execute the area corporate sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Own and deliver area revenue, margin, and portfolio quality targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities across industries and segments within the assigned geography.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Expand wallet share within existing accounts while acquiring new corporate clients.
  • Monitor client profitability and manage credit/commercial risk exposure.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership sustainability.
  • Monitor funnel health, win/loss ratios, and revenue predictability.
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to adjust tactical plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing frameworks, and approval matrices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate/ B2B sales from 2 to 3 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in corporate (B2B) sales, with demonstrated exposure to team supervision or managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Solid experience within the same industry or serving a similar corporate customer segment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market dynamics.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Sound business acumen with good financial understanding (pricing, margins, profitability).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
