The International Freight Forwarding Specialist will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end freight operations for import and export shipments originating or terminating in Mansoura. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor international shipments, ensuring adherence to schedules, cost targets, and service level agreements.
• Prepare and verify all required export/import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any clearance issues promptly.
• Provide clients with proactive updates on shipment status, potential delays, and alternative routing options.
• Analyze freight rates and negotiate with carriers to achieve optimal pricing for the company and its customers.
• Maintain accurate records in DHL’s transportation management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal audit standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.

Required Skills
